You can’t stop ageing, but there are numerous preventative measures you can take that may help slow the process down. These include:
- Always wear a sunscreen with at least 30SPF, preferably daily on your face and hands.
- Drink more water to maintain hydration.
- Use a good moisturiser morning and night. Ensure that you thoroughly clean your face every night before bed.
- Stop smoking and cut down on your alcohol intake.
- Invest in a shampoo and conditioner designed to help with hair loss. Consider taking a vitamin supplement to help your body make keratin.
- Eat a healthy diet, cutting down on foods high in sugar and refined carbohydrates.
- Ensure you are getting plenty of sleep. This will give your skin time to refresh and renew itself.
